Immigration Policy
Purchase one or more residential real estate in Cyprus valued at €2 million at least, and hold it for at least 3 years. At the end of the period, the applicant can choose to maintain residential property only at a level of €500,000, and continue to hold it.
Purchase €2 million investment and hold it for 3 years, which can be a combination of real estate and/or financial investments. The real estate investment can be a) residential, b) commercial, c) infrastructure, d) land (provided there is a development plan in place.
Holding Cypriot government bonds for €500,000.
Holding majority share in a Cypriot company or business and hiring 5 Cypriot people or EU member people who live in Cyprus for 5 years in total before applying for Cypriot citizenship.
Investment in Alternative Investment Funds or financial assets of Cypriot enterprises or Cypriot organizations licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Application Requirements
Invest at least €2 million and hold for at least 3 years.
Clean criminal record.
Hold a residence permit in Cyprus.
Possess a permanent privately-owned residence valued at €500,000 at least.
Hold a residence permit in Cyprus for at least 6 months.
